At Digityed, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 15 of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable files, and templates

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at tye@digityed.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back within 5 of receiving approval.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 of delivery to arrange it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it at no additional cost to you.
