At Digityed, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 15 of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Personalized or custom-made items
Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at tye@digityed.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
Ship the item back within 5 of receiving approval.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 of delivery to arrange it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace or refund it at no additional cost to you.
